    Leave excuses behind and take your training to the next level. With 40 years of strength training experience and over 35 years in patient care, I specialize in in-person training, custom-written sport & goal-specific programs, & post-rehab plans that bridge the gap from injury to performance.

    This isn't typical weight training—TNT fuses traditional strength, core, plyometrics, and athletic conditioning into a dynamic blend using weights, sleds, med balls, TRX, ladders, & more. Together, we’ll build physical and mental strength, push your limits, and have fun.

    At TNT, I offer personalized in-person coaching —one-on-one, in small groups, or team settings—as well as custom-written programs designed for independent training. You’ll also find instant access to a variety of ready-to-use downloadable workouts.

    Whether you prefer hands-on guidance or a plan to follow on your own, every program is tailored to your goals, schedule, equipment, and fitness level.

SERVICES & Fees

    • 1 on 1 training for 30minutes: $60

    • 1 on 1 training for 45-60 minutes: $80

    • 2 on 1 training for 45-60 minutes: $120 ($60ea)

    • 3 on 1 training for 45-60 minutes: $150 ($50ea)

    • 4 on 1 training for 45-60 minutes: $180 ($45ea)

    • 5-6 on 1 training for 45-60 minutes: $200-240 ($40ea)

    • In home training available for additional $50 a session

    *All in person training is currently done in the Anchorage/Eagle River area.

  • Train for Life. Training for better health and performance, but not a specific event? I can create a custom-written workout plan tailored to fit your schedule and available equipment at home, school, or commercial gyms. Designed for an 8-week period after which we reassess and update your program to ensure continued progress. Recommendations will also be given on optional activities to add outside of the gym depending on goals.

    Price includes a 45-minute one-on-one session to review your personalized program, along with unlimited support via text, call, or email for any questions.

    • 1-day routine full body strength $175  

    • 2-day split: ie. Upper body strength/lower body strength (or combination) $225

    • 3-day split: ie. Chest focused (push)/Back focused (pull) /Legs (or combination) $275

    • 4-day split with optional 5th day: ie. lower body strength/ upper body strength/core & stability/conditioning/ full body strength $325

  • Train with Purpose. Whether you're building strength in the off-season, prepping for the pre-season, or getting ready for a bucket-list adventure, I will build a program to fit your timeline, physical demands, and training background. Custom workout plans tailored to your event, sport, position, & season, as well as available equipment at home, school, or commercial gyms. Designed for a 8-week period after which we reassess and update your program based on new goals or shift in sports season ensuring continued progress. Recommendations will also be given on optional activities to add outside of the gym depending upon your sport.

    Price includes a 45-minute one-on-one session to review your personalized program, along with unlimited support via text, call, or email for any questions.

    • Initial onsite visit and equipment recommendations

    • Customized strength training workout programs designed for bimonthly (2 month) period

    • Progression specific to individual fitness levels and goals

    • One to three 45-60 minute onsite or offsite individual training sessions per workout plan (3-day split = three individual sessions; one day plan=one individual session) and one one-hour offsite group training session (optional) for initial monthly or bimonthly plan

    • Additional training recommendations to reach fitness, vanity, or sports specific goals

    • Diet modification and nutritional advice upon request

    • Unlimited email or text support

    *Additional individual or small group onsite or offsite personal training is offered for an additional fee

  • Data-driven approach: Personalized diet modifications based on your unique body composition and metabolism to help reach fitness & athletic goals.

    Includes:

    • Food Tracking Analysis – Log meals for one week to analyze food preferences and areas for improvement.

    • Body Fat & Metabolism Assessment – Optional referral for body fat % & resting metabolic rate (RMR) to understand nutritional needs. (Fee is paid directly to facility.) An estimate of RMR can be made without testing.

    • Customized Adjustments – Personalized changes to food choices, calorie intake, and macronutrient distribution to align with fitness goals.

    • Goal-Oriented Nutrition –Designed for fat loss, muscle gain, or enhance overall health.

    • Supplement recommendations upon request.

    • Unlimited texts/emails.
