I can create a custom-written workout plan tailored to fit your schedule and available equipment at home, school, or commercial gyms. Designed for an 8-week period after which we reassess and update your program to ensure continued progress. Recommendations will also be given on optional activities to add outside of the gym depending on goals.
Price includes a 45-minute one-on-one session to review your personalized program, along with unlimited support via text, call, or email for any questions.

Data-driven approach: Personalized diet modifications based on your unique body composition and metabolism to help reach fitness & athletic goals.

Food Tracking Analysis – Log meals for one week to analyze food preferences and areas for improvement.
Body Fat & Metabolism Assessment – Optional referral for body fat % & resting metabolic rate (RMR) to understand nutritional needs. (Fee is paid directly to facility.) An estimate of RMR can be made without testing.
Customized Adjustments – Personalized changes to food choices, calorie intake, and macronutrient distribution to align with fitness goals.
